How it Works

1. 1. Request — tell us what you need

   Pick a service (day nanny, live-in nanny, deep cleaning, caregiver, gardener or chef), your neighbourhood, and a few words about your home. Response within 4 hours, no obligation to hire.

2. 2. Vetting — we check everything

   NRC verification, Zambia Police Clearance Certificate, reference calls with former employers, and face-to-face onboarding and training. Only approved professionals reach your shortlist.

3. 3. Match — interview and hire

   Receive 3 curated profiles by morning, interview candidates directly, agree a salary and start date, then pay the one-time placement fee (50% of the first month's salary) online. Salary afterwards goes directly to the worker.
