1. The service
We introduce vetted domestic professionals to households in Lusaka. Browsing, matching and reference calls are free; a one-time placement fee applies when a household hires.
2. Employment relationship
The employment relationship is between the household and the worker, governed by the Employment Code Act, 2019. Confirm statutory minimums, leave and notice with counsel — do not rely on this draft for figures.
3. Replacement guarantee
If the worker leaves or is unsuitable within the published guarantee window, we will arrange a replacement under the stated conditions.
4. Payments
Placement fees are collected in Zambian Kwacha via mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Zamtel Kwacha) and card. Monthly salaries are paid directly to the worker.
